I went today to use the MegaLoad (60lbs.) washers. I had some cotton area rugs to wash and this was the only place in Chicago where I could find such machines. Great washing machines. I am not giving 5 stars because the dryers need some attention, I used 4 dryers and the door in 1 o them was really lose, I tried using another one and the drum made a horrible noise so I had to switch to a different dryer. Amazing staff, 2 lovely ladies were working today, very helpful and hardworking. Nice, sparkling clean place in a good location with parking spaces out front. Will go back for sure!

A very large laundromat, a bit out of town. Accessible by public transportation, the only thing that could be improved is the detergent dosage, as you have to buy the entire container. There are no single-dose containers.

I've been going there almost 18 years. The lady that runs the laundromat on saturdays. She's very nice. How the customers are treated, the up keep of the laundromat, the washer the dryers and do my clothes turn out the way i expect them to is my concern.

I have huge blankets that doesn't fit in regular washer. I used one of there commercial washers and it gets the job done. The owner is nice too. Nice place

I have been going here for wash and fold for nearly a year and had always had a good experience with the staff, prices, turnaround, etc. However, on this last trip the owner checked me out and forgot to mark the sale as paid at the time of drop off. I would think that showing my credit card statement should be sufficient to correct this but it was not. I had to come back THREE separate days and talk to multiple members of the staff until I finally was able to align my schedule to come in when the manager was in. They wouldn’t take my dated credit card statement as proof and instead insisted on checking security camera footage or taking my full credit card number so they could check all transactions from that day. Additionally, they overcharged me by $13 and didn’t document why they upcharged. When I questioned the charge, they said they would need to go through every piece of laundry I brought in to determine where the extra charge came from (everything was already washed and packaged at this point so I didn’t want the bags ripped open and combed through).

The rest of the staff is great. Kind, thoughtful and thorough. The manager rang me up incorrectly and cost me about $70 and an hour of my life in trips back and forth trying to retrieve my laundry that was being held hostage. If you have a car, go elsewhere for wash and fold.

Friendly staff, clean. Had a wide selection of laundry supplies. Bathroom was out of order though.
