No number to call or anything when one person decides to use every machine and not come back for 20mins. Customer service worker would be nice.

Sorry that we were so busy today. We have much larger locations in Concord at 228 Loudon rd and 15 Village st in Penacook NH. These locations have over 30 washers each.
The sign at the door says open at 4:40am.
Google map says open at 5am.
I left at 5:15 and the door still wasn't open.
Here's a couple suggestions.
1 - Take the sign down at the door.
2 - Pay attention to the automatic door opener timer because this isn't the first time this happened.
It's not power outages with the door timer, It's you ignoring the timer to keep it somewhat on time.

I will be installing a Lunar Calendar, automatic timer. I’ve reset that current timer twice in the past week.
My apologies for this. The new one will also account for daylight savings time.
