I used to really like this laundromat. The staff is always kind, helpful, and diligent with keeping tidy. I stopped patronizing this business after seeing a cockroach not once, not twice, but 4 times! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because the door is always opening and closing and those nasty things can travel in people's belongings. My issue is if I've seen them on multiple occasions, the workers have to know. I don't understand why they don't close for a day and do a thorough extermination. I really hate I had to stop utilizing this place.

Regularly cleaned. Lots of places to sit. Even tables. Standard machine problems. Tvs are oddly placed. (And all on different sound levels and channels.)

This laundromat is all that you can ever ask for of a public laundromat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I put my colored clothes into a machine once and started it. Shortly after I realized that someone had poured bleach into the bleach compartment. Obviously, I was panicked (clothes are expensive, you know). The staff was easy to find and he literally ran with a empty bottle and a turkey baster to pull the bleach out before it emptied into my wash. First of all, who would have thought that they'd be prepared for that type of thing. Second of all, wow, he was totally awesome. They're always like that. Very friendly. It is SUPER clean in this place. Everything is fresh and new to begin with and they maintain it well with someone perpetually cleaning behind the customers. There's plenty of place to fold and sit. They even have a little kiddie corner with cable TV and a kid sized bench. It's just the perfect place. They seem to have thought of everything here.
You get FREE DRY here as well. No more worrying about quarters because they have the card, which gives you a bonus $3 for every 20 you load and every now and again, you get a special bonus $5 just because. I was really surprised and happy when that happened.
I cannot complain about this place. It's located in a great spot with McDonald's right across the lot for a bite if you need it. They have a snack and beverage machine here as well,
I don't mind doing laundry so much when I'm at this place. It makes it less of a choice. I've been to a couple of places in the area and I'm telling you that you cannot beat this place.
My ONLY mini-gripe is that it's NOT 24 hours. It has long hours 7 days a week, but when your schedule is like mine, sometimes late night is the only valid option, so I've had to stray a few times, but this is my first and best option and anytime I'm anywhere else, I'm always wishing I was at Z's.
