I received poor treatment from the manager of the morning shift today Saturday January 7, 2023. I used a dryer that does not work, I put it in for 32 minutes and the clothes were the same, when I told the manager she gave me 16 minutes in a new machine but it did not dry the clothes either, when I told the manager, she yelled at me saying "I CAN'T DO ANYTHING, I ALREADY GIVEN YOU 16 MINUTES, IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM, MY BOSS DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO GIVE MORE MINUTES", I told her, "please put an Out of Order sign on those damaged dryers, and she yelled at me again" YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB", I have felt mistreated and offended at Laundry Ziggy's....
