I usually do drop off wash/fold. My husband brings it in with our cart. We leave the cart there and pickup our laundry the next day. We have always left our cart there because it was suggested by staff to do so. They confidently told us they lock it up. No need to worry. When my husband went to pick up our laundry the last time we dropped off our cart was missing. The staff acted like they had know idea we left the cart there and they didn’t know what my husband was talking about. So we lost a $60 cart and they could care less. That was the last time I dropped my laundry off there and will never go again.
