Everytime I come to the laundromat the attendant is occupied with her kids or they are eating on the tables where people use to fold their freshly washed clothes. Masked are required to be worn yet the attendant and her children over 2 yrs of age aren't wearing a mask. The place is always a mess. Not to mention the loudness of the kids as they scream and run around as if they are on the playground. After todays visit dont think I will be back was such a convent spot but the mess and the rudeness of the attendant and her children i can do without.

I love this Laundromat. Ive been going here for 15 years its family owned and amazing hospitality with the owner Jake. Definitely worth coming here

A very convenient & peaceful place to do laundry! Open 24/7 i like to go overnight, but anytime is fine. If you live in the area I highly recommend to come here to do your laundry!

Laundry was packed of people waiting for machines to be unloaded, most of which were already done. Everyone hanging out with no mask on, including the laundry attendant who was no where to be found for most of the time. I waited over 20 min just to be told that although the clothes in the machine were done they could not take them out, that after looking for the laundry attendant for over 10 min, who was locked in a room doing God knows what. Not to mention the nasty attitude she always has. It’s upsetting that after loading my laundry card I had to take my clothes to wash them elsewhere. The lack of customer service in this place is unbelievable. If you are gonna raise your prices then improve your customer service as well.

I've been a customer for years, but as of late the customer service is horrible! You are asked to schedule a drop off and pickup that is convenient to the customer not when they want to complete an order. You ask to speak to the manager and you get crickets waiting for a call. Yeah, yeah, yeah and I dont know does not work, neither does being told wait til 3-5 hours after your order was supposed to be delivered for a response. A courtesy call would be appreciated for the customer to decide if they want to wait. Being overbooked is a business issue that needs to be rectified by the business not a customer issue.

Dropped my clothes & came back the next day to pick up with half my clothes missing. They said they accidentally left it out and some else took it. The girl said manager would call back but that never happened. Please don’t come here. Ever.
