Horrible and unsafe experience.
I find it very telling that my original review about my first experience here was taken down. Yesterday, after I parked my car, a man who was sitting in his vehicle—who had nothing to do with the laundromat—harassed me and hit my car with his door. I had to file a police report, which I have documented.
When I went inside the laundromat, there was no security present, and the environment felt unsafe. This location allows loitering, and there were men inside who were harassing me as a single woman. None of the staff did anything to help or intervene, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
I had no choice but to call the police myself just to make sure I could leave safely. This was a terrible first experience, and I would strongly recommend that single women do not come to this laundromat alone, as you may be harassed and left without support from staff.

Or if it was one incident . If it was one incident please confirm if it was by our laundromat or somewhere else. If it was by us we would be happy to assist the police with any investigation. It's a great, clean car wash. They have a great staff and parking. It's the best car wash I've been to in Jersey. The prices have gone up a little, but they're still rated well.
