Very clean laundromat employee are very nice employees
Ok, so when I first moved to JC from Newark, found this convenient Laundromat and wrote a nice review.....
Well I take it back! The machines all smell like old mop! The dryers barely dried my clothes...even though I super separate it! And the worse most ridiculous thing I've ever seen ......
YOU NOW GET CHARGED 4% WHEN YOU ADD $ TO YOUR LAUNDRY CARD WHEN PAYING WITH YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY $1 TO GET THEIR CARD ~ TO USE IT ON THEIR MACHINES?!!!!!
THIS IS NOT AN ATM MACHINE! THIS IS THE MACHINE YOU ADD $ TO YOUR LAUNDRY CARD! AND YOUR $ IS NOT BEING ADDED TO A DEBIT CARD FOR OUTSIDE USE!!!! WHY THE HELL ARE YOU CHARGING 4% TO ADD MONEY TO A LAUNDRY CARD TO BE USED ON YOUR WASHERS AND DRYERS?!?!?!?!

Thank you for taking the time for leaving review and we sincerely appreciate it.
I do want to correct you on a few things here in comparison to others which are a fact.
It is customary everywhere to charge a surcharies and credit cards. You go to a restaurant they charge you a service fee. You go to convenience stores now they charge you convenience fee. It is customary to charge this as due to high and rising costs we are experiencing from credit card companies to offer credit card charges. You're more than happy to pay with cash to avoid paying this convenience fee.
As for her equipment relatively new and are maintained on a daily basis. We will have our maintenance team take a look.
As for the specific location you mentioned. Even though we only charge a small amount for a convenience fee for credit cards, their prices on their washers and dryers are substantially much higher than ours in resulting in you paying much more overall for using their services than ours. They are over a dollar per machine which then results in you paying way more than the 50 cents one time when we charge you.
And ask for charging a dollar for our laundry card it's simply just paying the cost on what we give it to you for which is customary in every laundromat that offers a card system charges the same amount of money it's been like this for over 10 years.
Again I would love to make this up to you and see what we can do to change and give us another chance.

Good customer service and the staffs are very helpful.
I wasted my money coming to the 24/7 laundry mat in Jersey City. There was no water coming out my 8 dollar almost 9$ washer . Change washers with no problem but when my 12.29 washer gave little to no water . They didn’t want to change my washer and I used a whole bottle of soap no bubbles no water . I was given by the worker a container of water . Still didn’t help . I advise no one to spend money there unless ,it’s really convenient to you and you’re not doing a big wash.

We take pride in our customer service. Unfortunately we cannot predict when a machine can breakdown very similar to a car. But I can tell you we will own up to it and we will correct it. We take pride in our name, and being able to repair machines almost in an instant manner.

The delivery for my order was over 24 hours late. I called multiple times and spoke with someone about changing the number on my order. Both delivery.com customer service and the laundromat . And still the wrong number was used when delivering my order, supposedly. I received three conflicting stories as to why my clothes were late. They “finished late”. They “couldn’t get in contact with you” even though there’s clear instructions to place the bags inside the hallway of my building exactly how it was picked up. Then it was “there was some confusion with the delivery guy”. And then after all that...my clothes are still damp and badly folded. After being in the laundromat an extra 24 hours you couldn’t even make sure my clothes were properly dried and folded?! I will never use this place again. This company actually because I also had a bad experience with the West Side Avenue location also last month.
