Legendary Meme

I dropped my laundry off at 6pm..called at 5am...no answer..called back...finally someone answered. I asked if my laundry was done..he said yes. I went right away to pick it up...no one was in the store...I called and eventually someone appeared. Long story short. My laundry wasn't done....he couldn't communicate with me at all. I've been a loyal customer for years!! I don't understand why number 1..no English 2...no one there 3...why was I told my laundry was ready? 4... why isn't it ready?? ( not busy) 5...why won't it be ready until the afternoon??
I'm so disappointed!!!

Best laundromat in Jersey city, always clean, always professional, nice and clean facility, i use the drop off service, and i love it, price is right, Carlos always helps me out, he always looks out for me, i highly recommend this spot.

Definitely one of the worst laundromat I ever went to. Went to wash my clothes and the machine didn’t rinse my clothes and all the soap was still in the machine and all over the clothes. Went to attendant and explained to here then she called the other 2 girls and came arguing w me and accusing me of putting too much soap and starting to cursing me out, even one of the customers told me to contact the owner and complain as it was so unacceptable. Tried to contact management but no info was given to me, def this is the worst service I have seen anywhere as they didn’t care because the owner wasn’t there and they knew they won’t get in trouble. Worst service and definitely the worst staff, def never going there again. I wish it gave me the options to add pictures

Hello Mr Ghatas,

I have been made aware of the issue, and just want to apologize for the experience you had with us today.
I take our reputation very seriously nd ensuring all customers have had a good laundry experience with us. I want to make the facts very clear to everyone reading this.

1. Reason why the minor soap residue was remaining in the circumference of the washer seeing the revelation by watching video footage of how you applied soap to the wash and when, you put the soap in during the rinsing period of the wash. As indicated after minute 17 you poured the soap in and poured approximately 2.5x the amount you should have put in that washer, and quite surprisingly I am surprised there wasn't more soap left behind. As stated on the washers and signage, all soaps and supplies must be inserted right when you commence the wash.

2. Per the audio footage of the store, you began to curse and become outraged with the staff even after our female staff offered to restart the machine out of curtsey. They should have not responded in the manner they did at the end.

We will have our technicians come out to the location just to make sure that there is no issues with that machine, but I have been told that other customers used that machine after you and had no issues.

I do appolize that I was not reachable at the time but will make time to discuss with you over the phone. I look forward in to speaking with you to come up with a resolve.

I am so pleased how this laundromat impressively improved way back years ago in all aspects, and with a very flexible and long hours of operation it sure is very helpful for working /busy people pressed for time.Most of all the managing owner Mr Jake renders an approachable and helpful atmosphere that makes it even much more better.
