Usually fairly clean. Machines have detergent reservoirs for pre-wash and wash but run both at the same time. Prices have increased and switched to card instead of coin payments which ends up leaving excess money on cards. Moving on.
Hello John, I do appreciate the time you took in the feedback. We have increased our prices for the first time in 5 years. We have always tried to do and still continue to do our very best offering the best prices for the best quality laundry facility. It has been tough especially this year with our local city increasing taxation every year, labor costs, in addition to water hikes every year that we had not increased any pricing till now. The increase is only to cover the incurred costs, we as a family owned operation are not making a single penny more in consideration to our commitment to our community to make doing laundry as affordable as possible. The cost is only an additional 24 cents per washer.
Due to the national coin shortage we weren't able to get any more coins for a number of months so in order to still operate we had to switch to a touchless card system. The benefits to this system in that you no longer have contact with dozens of coins, easy start machines (NO MORE COIN JAMS), and in addition to now offering customers different payment methods, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, AND EBT. It was time to upgrade.

I’ve used this laundromat for laundry service for a while where my laundry is picked up and dropped off. The experience was positive for the most part . However there is an immense lack of professionalism and accountability on the owner’s part . Although there is a high driver turnover the drivers for gf most part are decent. However if you complain to the owner about receiving poor service it seems that you are blacklisted. Rather than her attempting service recovery or training laundry staff when something goes wrong it seems customers are penalized .

Always a problem with the pick up and drop off service… And although they offer same day service it’s when it’s only when it’s convenient for them… Customer loyalty means nothing… Their Air BnB contracts are priority…
We do drop off service due to a hectic work schedule. Service is fast and friendly, but articles of clothing constantly went missing and other came back with stains/spots. We've spoken to staff about issue and given several chances. Management apologized for inconvenience, but it doesnt replace missing or damaged items. Will be trying our luck elsewhere.

Lucien and Breeanna I do terribly apologize for the inconvenience you had. We had spoken and investigated this matter and come to a conclusion that the missing items you claim where never with the cloths given, due to camera research and employee meetings, but as I had stated to you over our phone convo that out of curiosity I would pay to replace the supposed items. Still waiting now over 2 weeks for you for your response on the costs. It may appear now that you may have found those items.
AS for the stains on the items you posted, we can remove those stains and will replace the items that are damaged. Still waiting on you to come in to our store so we can resolve this matter.
My employees who handles your cloths have been reprimanded for our mistake on stained and damaged items as this is a rare occasion.

Dirty and overpriced. I'm more than happy to pay for convenience but as soon as you walk in the foul smell is revolting, area for detergent had debris and mold, a washer had a single rubber glove in it, trash was over filled as well. Can't imagine clothes are actually getting washed in this filth.

Love this laundry mat. Been coming here since they opened. Very clean and super friendly and have really big machines for big loads

Excellent Drop off and Delivery back to your home within that area. All New Washing machines and Dryers. Very Clean no dirty floors or folding table. Drop off prices are perfect.

I recently moved to Jersey City I seen that this was 24 hour laundromat. Washing machine and dryer was good only thing I didn’t like was that all the workers took up all the tables, not letting the customers have use to the tables.
