Atlanta Laundry pick up has become an essential service for me! My neurodivergent life is ten times better with their help! They are always kind and reliable. Everything comes back to me perfectly folded and ready to be put away, and communication for pick up and drop off is excellent! My instructions are always honored.

I always thought of laundry service as a luxury, and figured pricing would be inaccessible for me, but I am not spending significantly more than what I paid doing it myself at the laundromat, except now it actually gets done!

It’s such a relief because laundry was something I was really ashamed of not being able to do, but let’s be real! Many of us are single, working 40+ hours while trying to honor other commitments. It’s okay to need some help and I’m grateful to everyone that makes Atlanta Laundry happen!

I am the operations and venue manager at an event venue. We are also a small business and we pride ourselves on running our business from a heart-centered and customer-service-oriented approach to everything we do.
When I say Atlanta Laundry is one of the kindest and most caring small businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with, I mean it with my full heart.
We previously used another larger, more corporate laundry service and after they failed to address an issue, we found Atlanta Laundry.
After submitting a business inquiry for their services, the owner personally called me to go over all of my specific requests and questions and assured me if I ever needed anything I could call the owner's personal number.

Ever since switching to them, it has been absolutely night and day for me.
It has been such a load off of my shoulders not having to take linens and table runners home and wash them myself and know that they are being handled with the easy but very specific instructions we gave. I can't brag on them enough.
During the holidays, when they dropped off clean laundry with the receipts attached, they had a little candy cane stuck to each bag. It was so cute and thoughtful and just a wonderful personal touch.
About a month ago, I asked about how I could reduce the amount of lint that was coming back on our cleaning supplies (which is expected as they get heavily soiled from industrial use). To be clear, they were clean, they would just have bits of fiber and pilling on them from heavy-duty use.
They have followed up with me about it 3 times since and offered a bunch of tips on how to best address this on my end.

Atlanta Laundry, you have been such a blessing to me. If anyone is looking for a top-tier small business laundry service, you will not find better.
