Absolutely great experience at this laundromat! No problems with the machines and there were more than enough available for my use. Attendant was great..friendly, helpful, and even made sure my laundry was safe when I had to unexpectedly leave for a few minutes. City Laundromat is definitely my new and only laundromat of choice in Anchorage.

Other than the animal hair all over my clothes from the three washers I used I can't complain. It's really clean,really warm and the security guard is on point. He was really nice but at the same time I over heard him having to put his foot down with someone who wasn't suppose to be in there. He stayed calm, he was professional,he definitely kept the place secured and he even actually listened to this guys ranting and cursing without cutting him off or being disrespectful or rude. If I didn't live way out near jewel lake id always use this laundromat.
