Gone downhill used to be nice parking lot a mess machines are higher and instead of replacing TV put in coin pushing machines. Maybe a video game to play. Won't return

We appreciate you voicing your concerns. Our TV recently went down and we are working diligently to get another back up. We do our best to keep our facility clean and safe, however as you know trash gets around everywhere in Anchorage. We appreciate your business and hope to have you back in the future .

Started dryer to 99 minutes top and bottom the bottom one stops the young man offers me 2.50 cents whenever I just payed 25 cents for each extra minute passed 20 min. I asked them to make it right as he could just look at camera or otherwise take me for my word instead he SAS he doesn't knownwhat to do . I asked Him to start another dryer for me so I could dry my clothes. I ended up forking out another 8 dollars. Unreliable machines and a 16 yr old running the establishment.

Not in the best part of town… but with that said I went at 4:30 in the morning and had no issues, had several people doing laundry and not causing any trouble, I think one of the guys inside was either the owner or manager and he was willing to help if needed. Anyways my experience was pretty good and no issues with my dryer, put 2 loads in one and did 30 mins on high heat and all were dry by the end.
