You can't use the bathroom, it's locked all the time and there's no one to open it.

We love the convenience of the app but it is extremely frustrating that there are never staff on site during business hours since the bathroom facilities are locked when no staff is on site. There has to be a way for app users to be able to get access to a code to get into the restroom... that would even be able to track who was in the bathroom if the issue is vandalism and safety. You are ALMOST there in the 21st century but having a bathroom that is almost never available makes ZERO sense.

It to high priced and the bathrooms are locked. So you can’t even use the restrooms here you have to leave and go find a bathroom

Very clean and nice ambiance. The app makes doing your laundry so easy and stress free. Store manager/owner Dee was very nice and helpful, made sure I got everything set up and settled.
