When I first came here I had a great experience but since then, the service has seriously declined. The started to close early on random days, and open up to 1-2 hours later, BEFORE THE VIRUS OUTBREAK. On occasion I have to wait for someone to help me and the attitude of some of the staff is appalling. Will not return.

I am a business traveler &I often look for laundry services when I am on the road for multiple weeks at a time. This had 4.4 reviews &is 5 minutes from the airport hotels. It is clean and bright with good machines. There was a little table for me to set up my pc to work. Sherry the manager set me up on their wifi and was incredibly friendly, providing me hangers for the few items i didn't want to put in the dryer. I highly recommend for the business traveler who doesn't want to pay hotel laundry service pricing.

Just left this laundromat at 6:35– they close at 8pm. I loaded my basket and walked to the door and the female working with the BONNET on her head said SHE closes at 7PM. She did not let me wash and dry because I HAD TOO MANY CLOTHES and she asked how long I would be. I come to this laundromat all the time and the young man who is usually there sometimes would even stay open LATE for me to make sure I have my items washed. Super disappointing service I experienced today. Especially considering the fact that I came way before closing time and was treated like I was inconveniencing HER!!!!

Nice place and clean. Been using this location since it was opened and satisfied with the management. I had an issue with one of the machines and it was resolved amicably. Thank you guys.

Large washers continue not to work and Mr. Lee has gone up on the price!!! This is my third time using the large washers and they didn't fill!!! Mr. Lee was supposed to call me to refund me...yep still waiting!!! Today for two loads I have spent $26.50 and I still have to dry!!! Why??? Because I had to re-wash my clothes because the big washers didn't fill and there is NO attendant around for assistance!!! TRIFLING!!!

In all my days of doing laundry I have never experienced a laundromat like this. Personally I think the owner(s) are scheming. The 2 large dryers, which cost $10 each left our clothes wet and dirty. After finding the attendant, he offered no solutions stating he had no money in his drawer to rewash them and that he did not have access to open the coin receiver. All of this I suspect are lies. After looking up the place’s reviews, I realized this is a common complaint and contacted corporate about this issue. This is super low of people to steal and scheme people out of their money. Will Not Be Returning!

I'm here on 6-24 at 4:45 PM. The staff is COOL! I'm thinking I gotta go get cas at the store next door. NOPE! Machines take cards and coins. Young lady even gave me some detergent. Southern hospitality in full effect!. Place is clean. Got a little area to keep the kids busy. Charging bar to charge your phone, which I'm using right now. A/C going. Cool spot! If I'm ever in town again, I'll be back.

This would have been my first time coming to this laundromat, but for some reason they had the doors locked at 7:45pm when i arrived Monday evening, although the sign states they should have been opened until 9pm... I only had to dry 2 loads of clothes that I washed at home!!!! I had to Load all of my wet clothes back into my car and go to another laundromat that actually honors their listed business hours!!!!!
