The WORST customer service! Lady literally told me the place close at 9 and I’m here to get my clothes at 8:45 and the place is locked up, lights off and no one around. Everytime I come here they constantly asking how much I have and reminding me of the closing hours. If you want to close at 8 then just change the location hours. That simple!!!!

The attendant Thia is so kind and helpful! The machines are clean and in good condition. They have small and large washers as well as small and large dryers. All are front loading. I definetly recommend this place.

Very clean!! Sherry and other staff are helpful. Close to several large hotels. If your staying at one of the nearby hotels for flight attendant training this is the perfect location as there is a grocery store next door.

I went to this laundry mate around 7:32 pm. The lady with the blue hair and blue outfit was so nasty and rude to me. She said the laundry mate was closed. I told her I only need to dry my son school clothes not wash. She got nasty with me again. I know ya'll got cameras you can see for yourself how rude she was to me.

Please Don't waste Your time coming to this establishment. The guy that works here is pass rude. The first time he was sleep and we had a few questions so he got pissed that we had to wake him up. He was absolutely no help at all.
I figured I'd give him a second chance. Here again to day, and the same. You just can't fix rude. No matter how nice you are. Please Google another location where your service will be appreciated and you won't be a bother to the guy that works here. All he does is sleep and stay on his phone.. I will upload photos shortly.

Ms. Sherry, the manager, offered me excellent service. The experience and ambiance was cool like an early morning Georgia breeze in Spring.

She taught me the correct way to fold fitted sheets and bath towels. I feel like you can always learn something new anywhere.

She’s truly a powerhouse as she cleans the windows outside, she cleans/organizes the bathrooms, and will even wash and fold your laundry for a fee.
