I went in last week to just wash my laundry/no drying... No employees/owners, just 1 other couples & I ...

I sorted my clothes & put them in (3) washers all on HOT/NORMAL water temperature. I know @ least 1 washer started out giving my clothes HOT water cuz I felt the washer after it had started...When my washers we're done, I opened them 1 by 1 & 1 & notived...washer & started to unload my clothes into baskets. (OH!! & THEIR BASKETS ARE FREAKING OLD AS HELL, COMING APART ETC...!!!) & noticed right away that my clothes were COLD AS ICE to the touch...How does that even happen? When the whole wash 'cycle' should have distributed HOT WATER cuz that's what I wanted on all 3 washers but then feel your clothes COLD AS ICE!! No owners there...just myself at that point because they close @930pm!!

Hotel's laundry was broken and I was in a bind. Happened upon this facility and it is great!

The lady that works here is amazing. I swear she works 7 days a week. She is so friendly and helpful. She's pointed me to the right washers more than once. Best place to knock out a few blanket loads on the southside.
