The building is dirty and smells, when giving the owner money he tried to con me out of $8 worth of quarters ( he's saw them in a roll and when I went to take it $1 worth because I owed him a dollar he said he would give me $1 for the roll of quarters), and lastly I had problem with the machine using the wrong temperature & the owner when asked about a problem with the machine using the wrong temperature of water said "that's your problem because it's on a very small sign that is not only ( that said the rest of the signs are generally easy to read. The guy that tried to con me is the man at the end.

My favorite laundromat in Anchorage. The owner is incredibly friendly, always makes an effort to say hi and converse. The place is cleaned by staff for the entirety of my visit each and every time I go. Prices are standard Anchorage laundromat fare. Occasionally you may even get lucky and arrive at a time where you aren't squeezed in amongst 6 separate extended families all posted up on the machines.
