I tried to do my laundry here. Monday December 12th @4:50 PM. I went in to ask the lady behind the counter if Dondees had an ATM. She replied very rudely "no" shaking her head. I then tried to ask her if I can "purchase" quarters with my debt card. She repeatedly said "no" after several times (about 4 times) she said to "go to Chevron" while waving her hand to shoo me away. I just responded quietly that I'll just wash my clothes elsewhere. I know we have bad days, but this was rude!

We were closed down for a complete remodel and shortened hours because of Covid concerns. Currently we are open from 9-5pm everyday and will be expanding hours again at the end of the month. Everything is brand new in the store and it has a new Ozone wash system that sanitizes every load washed.

Made the grand mistake of attempting to do my laundry here while on vacation. Had 2 loads of laundry to wash. Used the $3.75 washers. Both of them ate quarters. Didn’t start. Ended up paying almost $5.00 a load once you factor the lost quarters. Service from a clerk was dismal at best. Guess what happened again, a dryer did the same thing. Wash at your own risk. The place is old. The machines are old. Washing public beware.

PM, we have rebuilt this entire laundromat. New machines, new interior, and a new ozone sanitizing wash system. We knew it needed to be redone. The machines were at a point in their life where repair was no longer an option. We were looking for the money and the time to perform this big project. Come check it out again. We are proud of how it looks.

I just wanted to do my laundry. Instead I am met with an extremely RUDE cashier who couldn't refund me after the "token" machine ate my $5. When I mentioned my concern, she just said "I don't own the place". Awesome. Horrible laundromat.
