The quality of service has gone down within the past two years. On Jan. 20, 2019 I went to do laundry and one of the washer I used was filled with think mixed liquid soap in the fabric softener dispenser. As I was watching the washer go on rinse I was wondering why the rinse cycle was super soapy so I checked by feeling with my fingers and pulled out the thick soap. I immediately told the worker and asked if she can restart washer at their expense because my clothes were still very soapy when I took them out. At first she said no because their sign says they are not responsible for any damages to anyone's laundry. I told her that as a customer that I am putting my trust in their business that they keep their washers up to par. She politely called her boss and they said no. The lady understood my concern but the "NEW" owner said "NO". Dondee's used to be a nice friendly and a safe place to do your laundry but the quality has gone down to ZERO. I paid $5 for a load and I didn't want to fuss the business and came home to wash my blankets one by one. I have been doing my laundry there since the Fortune, her son & Don days and now I am looking for another place.

Difficult to imagine them doing a worse job. I scheduled a laundry pickup, waited several days, got a confirmation text telling me my order number and giving me a six-hour pickup window. When I called at the end of my pickup window, I was told that the driver had gone home for the day and that my order could be picked up later this week. The receptionist tried to be helpful, but the business’s overall lack of organization made attempting to do business with them extremely inconvenient.

Wonderful customer service, helpful and reliable. The machines clean your clothes with a machine that purifies the water each load every day. The color of the clothes come out more vibrant and more colorful. I highly recommend coming here, if you want a good, clean of your clothes and great service.

2 weeks in a row I have shown up and not a single sign was posted that they were closing early. I went at 3:30pm on May 1st and a short fellow that was working said the last wash was at 3pm. I pointed to the sign that clearly stated 4pm and he said “oh no, that’s old sign and owner forgot to take it down. You are too late and will have to come back tomorrow.”

I come today at 3pm on the 9th and all the doors are locked and the lady working said they are closed by the owner for Mother’s Day. I can understand closing early for that reason, but again, not a single sign announcing this. Just the regular ones that say last wash is at 4pm and open 9-5.

How hard is it to put up proper signage and let customers know what the real hours are, since the ones posted by the door are incorrect!

Other than these issues, it is cheap and great with new equipment. The new remodel is great for people on budgets and needing to do laundry.

I find the staff is hard to get a hold of and the most of the dryers are out of order. I doubt I'll be coming back seeing both times I've had to take my cloths elsewhere to dry them.

The only thing I can day is good is they buy back their tokens thankfully. Theres one staff member working but the individual seems to always be in the back. Often you'll see people leave because no one answers the customers.

They aren’t a dry cleaners any longer. They should probably change their information online. Strongly suggest going to another cleaners.
