The woman attendant in the morning gives FREE dryers to her compadres. I witnessed her climbing the machines with her master key and pressing buttons...and then her buddy buddies come over and load them up. Not even a single quarter going in...about 3 machines! No wonder it's not making much to fix their damaged washers. Dishonest employees!

I would give zero stars if I could! I took my down sleeping bags to be washed here and they did not use the correct amount of down wash (despite being told how much to use). The bags were also not dry when I picked them up and I needed to dry the bags myself after I left. I explained to the attendant down needs to be dried for 3 hours typically to be properly dry, but she told me no they do not. When she pulled out the bag from the dryer and it was visibly wet, she said it was dry enough and was only wet because it was inside out. They still charged me $50 for both bags. Absurd.

Clinton, we have rebuilt this entire laundromat. New machines, new interior, and a new ozone sanitizing wash system. We knew it needed to be redone. The machines were at a point in their life where repair was no longer an option. We were looking for the money and the time to perform this big project. Come check it out again. We are proud of how it looks.

5 or more machines broke done everyday out of service, wont take the money too repair or replace. Always give excuse waiting for parts or they only have one dude there too repair and can not fix. Attendant hands out free wash and dry too those from their native country always, thats just not cool and is taking from the company they work for. Owners seem too not care about the service, or getting things fixed too have a great place too do laundry. They come in, collect the money from machines and then they leave. Satelite for tv has been down now for months and they have had not interest in repairing for their patrons while doing laundry there. Machine service tech is never around too fix machines only, therefore causing big shortage for paying patrons. Machines are being saved for customers from attendants native country. New owners are only in it too make money too pay their high personal expenses, not too make their business better and more outstanding. Updated 6/3/2017......the place and machines are falling apart, in three weeks only one machine has been fixed. Customers are paying more to use machines they dont need, customer service has dropped, they have no kne available during business hours to repair machines and seem to dont care as to how soon they should be repaired. The same maintenence you spend to hold your family together.....should be the same maintenence to hold your and keep your business running. You have a laundry business, machines break, most customers come in with a budget for laundry. So if your going to force your customers to increase their budget to use your services, then you should increase your budget to make all those services and machines available for their use each and everyday your open and stop making excuses and nit having adequate personell in hand each day to handle all the necessary duties abd repair of machines. This isnt being said to be rude or degrade your business, but is being brought to your attention in the hopes that u do something about it. Updated again 1130am 6/3/2017, now ten machines down out of service, all but but 4 are washers out of service on one of their busiest days and no personell to make the repairs or get the parts necessary to fix right away
