Needed to wash clothes while traveling. This place met our needs.
I noticed a lint drawer was unlocked and I pulled it out. Full of lint and I told the attendant what I found. Her response was they are cleaned on the weekend and did not move off her chair or seemed concerned. So here is a picture of the lint tray. How can drying your clothes be efficient?
A lot of the washers and dryers are not working but was able to get my stuff done
It's seem off for me on this day. With 7 washers and 10 dryers down and now quarters when I first arrived here today. It's busy as usual but for the price to wash and dry is good

Person gave us the change I needed from the connecting Dry Cleaners. Their change machine was broken. Clean srore, nice people. I brought my own detergent just in case. Great dryer.
I went here a couple weeks ago. I found staff very helpful (I had never used a laundromat that used tokens before) and had zero issues with equipment. It's a bit out of my way, but much better than the other one I was going to where the staff is never there and the quarter machine was always shut off.
By far one of the worst LaundryMat in Anchorage. Firstly, there are NO SEATING. I can’t stand long while waiting for the load to be done. (I have a prosthetic leg). So myself including many other customers are having to go out to their vehicle to sit and be warm. Secondly, the hours of operation is no good, only till 5pm (sometimes they won’t let you in even it’s before closing). Thirdly, you can’t use regular quarters (you have to use their “tokens”) in order to operate the machines.
Henry. Every one of those things you describe as a negative are actually positives to run this business. We removed seating so the street walkers would stop loitering and endangering our staff and to promote social distancing during the pandemic. We changed the hours of operation because of a shortage of available employees and to accommodate an 8 hour workday for our staff. We switched to tokens so there isn’t a reason for someone to break into the place after hours and to make it safer for our staff during business hours. All of these things have worked very well and we see them as successful business adjustments. If you were ever in a position to own a business and make decisions that had pros and cons you could understand this process. Oh and Henry, it’s a Laundromat not a laundrymat so Henry you get a one star review for not being able to spell or see things from another’s point of view. Happy Holidays.
