The only place I found where the staff is actually helpful. They’re nice and friendly. They have a huge 60 pound washer that allows you to get almost everything done in one load. Plus one of the coolest things is that they are willing to purchase the tokens back from you if you accidentally purchase too many or end up, not needing them after all. I have yet to find another place that does this. I am in love with this facility. Recently, I have moved all the way across town and still I make the journey just because I can’t find anywhere else on my side of town with washers that can compete.

I'm going to be really critical of businesses that fail to hold up their neighborhood during these trying times. For some reason these guys thought it would be a good idea to reduce their hours hours of operation to be nearly inaccessible to anyone that is still working during the week. Last wash at 3pm. I'd be pressed to make that deadline on my day off. I consider laundry to be an essential service for maintaining health at home. Failure to make yourself available when you run this kind of service gets you 1 star.

The ladies are very friendly and do lots of cleaning.

I bring my knitting along while I wait, which isn't very long if you separate out your clothes in the dryers. The washers aren't very long, less than half an hour.

It can be 3 tokens (20 lbs), 5+ tokens (40 lbs) (+ meaning an extra wash is 1 token, and an extra rinse is 1 token), or 7 tokens (60 lbs) for the wash, and 1-4 tokens for the dryers. I separate my dryers and get it all done in 1-2 tokens (1 token is either 14 minutes small dryer or 12 minutes big dryer).

If you finish up and still have tokens, they'll buy them back at the same rate, a dollar a token.

They're off premises for half an hour for lunch (they don't kick you out, just lock the employee area), but otherwise, very accessible and professional team members.

More than half of the machines are 'out of order' On a Tuesday before noon and people are waiting to wash. No tv, no music, even ine of the front doors is broken. This place feels run down and sad. Didnt use to be like this, I wont come back.

Saturday's are busy. 3.75 for 1 load to wash. expensive as hell.
