The dryers are not always hot enough. The driers have as cool down period that takes away from the heart settings you want. There are no restrooms avail.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and it's progressively gotten worse. Over 1/3 of the washers and dryers are always broken at all times. The clothing carts barely roll. Employees leave by 4, so don't drop clothes off unless you don't work a normal schedule. Oh, and it's over 80 degrees out and humid and they have the air off so enjoy that.

Extremely low standards at this laundry mat. Been coming here since 2018 and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. It has since declined and for the past year especially they seem to not care. Over 40% of the machines in some shape or form are not working. Doesn’t have a coin machine since you can only get some items through coins. Always dirty, homeless sleeping here. Owner/manager seems more interested in the women that show up then fixing the machines. As well as raising prices (all well in good) but if the money doesnt go to fixing machines its just a waste. Don’t go here. I have lost almost $75 this year on his broken machines. Go else where!!!!

I have been coming to this laundromat for a few years now. When I started coming here it was clean, efficient, close & convenient and the cheapest in town.
But within the last year, the same dynamic hasn’t been there.

First and foremost, THEY LET HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEP INSIDE!

I’m a young single woman. I’m suppose to feel safe going to do my laundry in this facility right in town, while homeless people sleep inside?
How do I know these people are harmless. I don’t have anything against the homeless but it’s not exactly comforting.
Makes it very unsettling to do your laundry.

Now upon going there, it’s a battle of am I going to get a working washer? A working dryer?
I have lost A LOT of money in these machines.
Washers either don’t wash or don’t spin. And you’re stuck with a heaping wet load of un-spun laundry.
Then when you go to dry your clothes half of the dryers heating elements do not work so your clothes have spun around for half an hour in just regular cold air…

Other times I have had clothes missing and I’ve came home with other peoples items.
All within a matter of half an hour??
And yes, machines were checked before and after each use.

Now in order to experience all this fun, it’s pricy.
The owner has upped the prices of all machines, yet nothing works. So the machines are pretty much stealing your money.
Unless you go between the hours of whenever the owner feels like showing up to whenever he wants to leave, then you lose out on your money.

Let’s don’t forget how dirty and grimy the place is…

But don’t worry, the BitCoin machine, the massage chair and the claw machines all work!
They have all these machines yet no machine to break change for you.. seeings how that’s the only way you can put money on the laundromat card.. which also cost money..

Unfortunately I have to write this here because there’s no contact information for this establishment. Good luck calling the phone number and actually talking to someone.

Half of the dryers are always out of service, dude working acts like he knows nothing about nothing but folding clothes & he NEVER has his mask on. Change machine never works. Terrible place.
