I really only go here when I really really need to do laundry. Typically I just drive 30 mins to an “Ez wash” laundromat in Taunton.

1st , the laundromat prices around this area are RIDICULOUS. I go to this one because far it’s the cheapest laundromat I can find. But holy moly $11.50 for a big washer? In New Bedford/ Taunton I pay $5 for the biggest washers.
2nd. Every time I come here it reminds me why I just take the drive. I’m paying double to be beyond frustrated with these stupid card machines. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have to move my dryer 3-4 times JUST to find one that turns on or closes properly. It’s free dryers but i would rather just pay the 25 cents to have an easy use.

Expect to swipe your card 6-7 times just to get anyyyy machine turn on. You’re gonna constantly read “bad pull” it’s not you. It’s these awful machines.

IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE JUST DRIVE TO AN EZ WASH LAUNDROMAT!!!!!!!!

The workers are very rude. The cards barely work on the machines especially the dryers. It's a struggle to get the dryers started. When you need help the workers are very rude. At times the free dryer are not free and taking money from your card. Half of the workers don't speak English which it makes it hard to communicate. The customer assistance suck in there

I went there for the first time today and they false advertise on the free dry. My card balance was going down every time I added minutes. Customer service is horrible. At first the manager said she couldn’t do anything about it. That I had used way too many minutes in the dryer. Nowhere in the store says how many dryers you can use or how many minutes you can add. A lady came out of an office afterward and resolved my issue but the funny thing is they acted as if this hadn’t happened before and by reading the reviews I see that it has. Will not come to this place again after I finish my balance. False advertising.

First off I am sorry for the poor experience today at our laundry. The system we have in place gives you bonus points for free drying when you wash with us. You used a 30 lb washer which will give you enough bonus points to dry your clothes. The confusion came when you loaded 4 - 30 lb dryers for 30 min each which then exceeds the bonus points issued for the 30 lb washer. Unfortunately our system does not allow us to just accept free dry without a point system. We are sorry for this confusion and the poor experience.
