I was coming here for a while but Im going to stop. Idk but today I notice they’re using less water in the washers…..my clothes didn’t even clean. I took a photo of my clothes this is supposedly main wash… what a scam

Washer had an error message and they refused to help me by switching washers they told me it was my fault so I rewashed and another error message came up I asked them if there was a problem again they made me rewash another message came up and the lady at the front desk yelled at me I asked for my money back since my clothes didn’t drain they finally put it in a working machine refused to refund me yelled at me that it was my fault in front of my kids and continued to point to me with everyone employee and phone call she made I’ve never felt more harrased never again
