Very unprofessional with one of the staff. My mother who doesn’t speak English was trying to get through, a lady that works here cussed her out and yelled for not saying excuse me. I feel like that behavior is unacceptable there are ways to approach these kinds of situations without insulting people especially someone who doesn’t speak the same language.

Will not refund your money, even if you show the proof that your clothes did not get wet or washed. The morning lady attendant was rude with me, after she told the the afternoon worker the previous day to have me come between 6:30-7am.. she barely helped with my situation. She poured less than a gallon of water in a machine that did NOT produce any water to start with. She tried to insinuate that I didn't know how to use the washing machine, keep in mind I also used another machine which I had NO problem with. I ended up having to take this particular load of clothes somewhere else. I've been coming here since before the new location (about 4-5yrs)rarely ever had a problem with receiving a refund through the owner or getting help. The worker was of no help. I shouldn't have to call previous genaral manager to get help on a simple situation. I rarely ever do ratings but this one by far eas not a good experience the worker pretty much left work early and didn't want to address the issue. haven't been here in awhile, but I won't be back for sure now. Not helping customers is bad service.

Our machines are maintained daily, but we'd like to understand what happened during your visit. If you experienced a machine malfunction—such as soap not dispensing properly—please email us at grandview@snmlaundry.com with details about which machine you used and when. We can review the equipment logs and provide a refund or complimentary re-wash.
For best results, we recommend ensuring adequate detergent is added for your load size and soil level. We're here to help troubleshoot and make this right.

This is the nicest laundromat I’ve been to in this area. It’s kept clean, the employees are pleasant and available, and the place is kept well-lit.
So clean & nice! The prices aren't bad considering how much laundry you get done. (The big ones are worth it!!) And a huge selection of different size washers - they've got one for all your needs. Cathy was super friendly & informative. Only downside is: it IS cash only.
