I think it’s pretty scummy and inhumane for the owners of Grandview Coin Laundry to regularly have the thermostat at 90 DEGREES with their employees and customers pouring sweat and the employees looking like they are about to pass out from heat exhaustion. Hope employees organize and/or lawyer up if anything happens related to the heat caused by greed. Owners want the community’s money but don’t want to be part of the community or treat us better than animals.

Thank you for this feedback. You're absolutely right - maintaining a safe, comfortable temperature is essential for both employees and customers.
We're immediately reviewing our climate control settings to ensure the facility stays at an appropriate temperature. No one should endure excessive heat while using our services.

I normally enjoy this Laundromat and the attendants that service this location. However, the woman who was working on the morning of Saturday, January 4th was so terrible, I had to share. I witnessed her being rude and abrasive to multiple customers that were simply trying to do their laundry before the winter storm. Additionally, we watched her "help" someone get their stuck quarters out of a machine, then put at least $4 worth of the customer's quarters in her pocket, leaving the customer short in cash. The gentleman who didn't speak English well, didn't understand what happened and the attendant said that if he didn't find the remainder of the money that was needed in the machine that he would lose all the money he inserted. Another gentleman brought in a service dog and she continued to harass the gentleman and the dog, being combative, rude and degrading to not only the man, but everyone around him that was trying to support. It's a shame that this woman was so unhappy and miserable today that she let it effect her day and the people around her.

Ji Jenn! We usually see reviews quicker. This is an unacceptable experience in our facility. The staff member that was working January 4th is no longer with us.
