The prices are a little steep but I don't mind paying it for the convenience. I live in Grandview but have been driving to Lee's summit to do laundry because all the other laundry mats out here are gross and nasty. This place is always clean. I'm glad I gave it a try. The attendants on duty are always kind and helpful too. I'm not sure who the man is who was on duty tonight but I've encountered him a few times and he's always nice and chatty. He deserves a raise. Lol. Thanks for providing Grandview with a CLEAN laundry mat!

The lady that is working is very rude please so me something that says if you are not doing laundry you can’t be in the building wasn’t saying anything to anyone or bothering anyone was waiting on uber

Not a bad place to do my business with. My girlfriend had used you guys from a previous location that was nearby. This new location is a lot more bigger and have better machines to use. It was a good experience for me and could see myself using again.

It's decent. But one machine was not filling with water. The employee of the night was nowhere to be found!! Waste of $7.75!! That's a lot of money to waste on a large load of laundry that never got washed! Irritating!

Free dry!!! Bright, clean and all machines seem to be working. Attendant was super nice and offered bleach so I wouldn't have to spend $4.00

Very upset. Washed a super load spent 15.75 pulse extra 3.00 just for the washer not to work currently. I tell the lady her replay I can give you a refund but you have to come back tomorrow before 3. I work a 9-5 I don’t have time to come back tomorrow. I put all my money into this Machine just for them to tell me there’s nothin they can do. Not a way to run business. Update: it’s now been a month no refund. The owner just replied to somebody three weeks ago and I made this review almost a month ago. Yet, I still have got no help on getting my refund back. I’ve also wrote them on Facebook too. Update now 7 months later in still no refund
