Fabulous. I drive across country often. Use many a laundry mat across U.S. This is by Far my favorite. Clothes get so clean. Place is clean clean clean. Prices are fantastic. And the staff is so helpful. Katrina was very helpful and Knowledgable, a very pleasant experience.
WelI don't like the place you leave to put money on your card for your laundry for two minutes and someone steals two hundred dollars out of you purse.cameras must not work you don't even have too leave the premices and you get stuff they should have lockers for the public .stolen.
Unfortunately, I as the owner reviews such as this are unwarranted. Our staff and services we are offer are of the highest caliber. Our cameras work fine. We could not tell or identify if anyone got in your purse. Unfortunately there are dishonest people out there however that is not our fault if that actually happened in our store which we could not find proof of. We hope you approve of our services and in the future if you need assistance let us know.
Horrendous staff member on a Monday night. No courtesy no warning about last wash timing just watches us poor folk throwing our wash in knowing the time is coming to close the system down for last wash. Not just me but another customer get caught without a warning. No kindness no courtesy no respect for customers. Avoid this one plus there is another laundromat DOEN a block or two. What an unpleasant experience! Too busy on the phone to help customers.
Jennifer, sorry you had an unpleasant experience. However, Lyndsay is one of our most trusted and customer service orientated attendants we have ever employed. I doubt that she was rude to you in anyway additionally I checked our video and audio. She informed you that the machines would shut off in five minutes however, you walked right by her and didn’t acknowledge her. Maybe you did not hear her, but our machines are automated to shut off at a certain time we also have a sign that you walked by as well, stating as such, this is to prevent additional problems by having people in machines past closing time. we do appreciate your business, we hope that you return to the Green Collar and joy the experience that hundreds of our customers have come to know as the best laundry in town!
OH MY GOODNESS! I am 100% ditching my old laundromat. My usual (which has no A/C, still uses coins, etc.) was closed today due to an emergency, so I did a quick Google search of nearby laundromats. I used to live in Derry so finding this location was so easy. I was immediately greeted by Aimee (Amy?) who helped me out so much because I looked like a deer in headlights. Gone are the days of coin operation - everything is done via card making things cleaner and more sanitary. Green Collar isn’t just a name - the owners put a lot of work into making this laundromat eco-friendly with plenty of green options. The interior is adorable - looks like it was decorated with items from Michaels, Marshalls, etc. My months loads of laundry (don’t judge) were finished in just over an hour. This place is beautiful, brightly lit, and everyone is so friendly. I’ve definitely found my new go-to laundromat.

I understand people have lives and maybe short staffed. But what laundry matt is closed on weekends? I hope the hours online are just different and you are actually open. Laundry doesn't stop.
Unfortunately our google account was hacked. Someone changed our hours. We are open as always on the weekends 7am-9pm.
Love that I can use a refillable card instead of quarters! High capacity machines are nice and I get get a lot done quickly.
