The first time I went, I met Karen. She definitely makes this place a 5 star rating! Friendly, professional, keeps everything so clean, and makes a great atmosphere. The only reason I put 3 stars is because: (I have four laundry bags from this laundromat, I love them, I wash and dry them with my clothes and everything is clean. please,
to the owners, regarding no laundry baskets (and I agree). apply signs that the public can see!!! It is writing so small on the bottom of a paper taped to the door. Then the customers understand and the employees do not need to be treated badly. Maybe discount a laundry bags if a customer shows up with a basket not knowing now how to bring their clothes in. This benefits the customer and the company.

Absolutely the best laundry 🧺 center around. Very clean throughout the place and hours of operation that fit my hectic schedule. BUT the best is the help, ESPECIALLY KATRINA! She is so focused not only on her tasks but ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL with the customers. She really makes the visit so much more enjoyable. Katrina pays attention to whats going on and is always willing to help everyone. She makes a connection with the customers and truly builds positive relationships, one of the reasons I continue to return. Katrina is truly an asset to your team!!!!! Hopefully she is appreciated by management and intends to stick around for the long future. Thanks Katrina!!!!

Washers are great, seem a bit pricey but I'm also not super familiar with pricing for laundromats these days. Staff is really friendly, and overall the place is pretty clean. However, the dryers don't dry great. I used a small one for just a small load of socks and underwear, dried it three times on high temp, when I went to fold stuff, it was still damp/wet. $2.25 for wet socks... I also had a bunch of other clothes going, and every single dryer set to high temp, I dried each load a minimum of 3 times.

For the bedding, I used to 45 lb dryers, only putting a comforter/sheet in with maybe 3 t shirts, dried on high temp at least 4 times, still damp. But that wasn't the worst part. They REEKED of urine. So much so that I spread it all out when I got home and sprayed it all down with febreeze. I wasn't going to pay to rewash and not be able to dry it because the only dryers that didn't stink were the small ones.

I dont know if this happened because someone who had used the machine before was gross or what...but it made me sick to my stomach...

I can not stress how much I love this place. Laundry is always a daunting task in my house but the washers go up to a massive size and the 60lb only takes 20 minutes!

The employees are super nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. Affordable. Up to date with tap active payments for their card machine and front counter, so no cash needed. I have laundry in my apartment and I choose to drive up the street to this location.

Excellent service and large capacity washers! We needed to wash lots of towels and blankets after our own washing machine broke this morning causing flooding. Walked in after never going to Green Collar and pleasantly greeted. Shown how to use heavy capacity washer and dryer. Prices for washing and drying very reasonable. Thank you for the great service!
