Not the same "really clean " laundrymat as the old building. Pet dander,lint,and soap scum build up insidewashing machine rim.clothes had dirty smell and felt grimy still after washing. Disappointed at how the cleanliness of their machines themselves, has changed and gone way down since moving locations. Great staff always friendly and helpful though, and still cleaner then most places around.

If anyone wants to see what a laundry advocate looks like in real time, go see Laurie work the floor of the Green Collar Laundry. She cares about you! Saves you money, teach about commercial laundry and raise your expectations about service at a Laundromat facility . Seriously, business majors should see it. Pride in ownership even when your hourly is business 101. Thanks for everything Laurie. It was nothing but a pleasure for me. The ownership of this place must love you. Great facility. Clean and they have thought out all systems quite well. This was the first I used a Laundromat in over 2 years, fairly new to area and hit it right at Green Collar. Top notch experience.

Absolutely a life saver. The staff are the best, super nice, and my clothes are always ready and folded beautifully . They truly take care in what they do and the facility is always sparkling clean. I am a regular customer and couldn’t recommend more highly.

I love doing my laundry here. I love that each wash is sanitized but the past few months each time I come back there is more and more washers out of order. Came to in today and at least half of the washers are out of order. I hope the owner fixes this soon.

I'm giving this place a 2 star because they have taken over 48 hours for wash dry and fold and I guess I wouldn't mind but while I was there doing my own separate other items that couldn't be done with this service the woman that was supposed to be doing the wash dry and fold spent most of her time talking to every customer that was in there maybe if she spent more time doing what her job was it wouldn't have taken more than 48 hours and I still have no clothes. The woman was very nice but not very efficient. The place was clean and the pricing was fair.

2024 update. I did not come in 10 min before closing and you didn't deny my clothes, as I mentioned I was doing other laundry. I also didn't have motocross clothes full of "MUD and WET"! This is a laundry mat where you clean clothes, which may be barley dirty clothes or sports clothes that have stains, work clothes with dirt, grease and grim, etc.. This is why we use washing machines, to make our clothes clean again! If I ever had clothes with mud layered on them, I would at least clean the chunks of mud off before putting them in my own laundry or anyone else's, common sense tells you that your clothes won't get very clean putting them in a washer with chunks of mud! lol.
So perhaps instead of your rude and condescending response 4 years later, you should take accountability of your staff and customer service and improve where necessary.
