100 reviewsHorrible place staff changes rules daily they charge for hot water no hot water in bathroom to wash hands they record you and your voice constitution rights of people don’t care about
Rules do not change daily. However in light of what is happening in the world yes we have adjusted our procedures to ensure we can stay open, continue to provide quality service and most importantly doing so in a clean safe environment. We don't charge more for hot water, however if you choose to use cold water you can save some money as our machines have the ability to microvend. Hence the name " Green Collar". and PS the bathroom has been closed since March. We recently installed a 40,000 dollar Sano Wash system to ensure every load is completely sanitized. Only one in New Hampshire! Please feel free to go to the competition you may find their services or lack there of more to your liking.
There is a certain attendant that is overbearing when it comes to telling you how to wash and what machine you NEED to use. Telling you how much detergent and what size machine. She approaches and watches what you are doing, what machine you are using and how much detergent. I have seen others who are visibly aggravated with her. It just feels like harassment. I just want to do my laundry in peace, not be badgered that the machine is too big or I've put too much detergent.
Very helpful staff
First Time at Green Collar... OMG! Fantastic place! Clean, reasonable prices, and Arianna is an absolute GEM! Super friendly, and super helpful! I will be returning again and again!
I went to Green Collar for my first time today. I unfortunately saw the reviews after I experienced the same stuff as some of these other people. I had to use a certain machine and use a specific amount of detergent. I felt horrible because the attendant told me I put 4x the amount of detergent in that I was supposed to. I felt like I was in trouble and that I was going to break the machine. I was very apologetic. Yes, the attendant was just doing her job. I'm just the type of person that likes to go into a laundromat, get my laundry done and leave. Instead I walked in immediately feeling like a burden and scared I was going to break their washers. While paying my tab I mentioned how beautiful the weather is outside to another attendant and she ignored me. In conclusion, I took my clothes to dry somewhere else because of the vibe I got from this place. I also hope people read these reviews before coming here...since all the negative reviews are ALL the same.
We try to respond to all reviews. We apologize if you didn't like the vibe. I know our attendants are friendly and helpful. I have personally instructed them to assist people how to use our machines as it is extremely expensive to repair. One 40lb machine new is 9,000 dollars. Using too much detergent is common. These types of machines don't require much especially when the majority of products customers bring in are concentrates. The attendant was only trying to do her job to ensure you received the best wash possible and protect our machines from damage. We hope to see you back we try to earn the business of all our customers. Thank you for trying the Green Collar.
Exceptionally clean, well lit, and most machines were running. The controls on some of the dryers need repair or replacement; and the fact their bathroom is still off limits is a bit of a chore.
All in all its the best laundromat in a half-hour drive. So I continue to use them.
I have just moved to the area and have not gotten a washer and dryer yet. Lori was super friendly. She immediately said hello when i walked in and answered all my questions on drop off service. prices are very good. made sure my laundry would be done to my liking and not just the most affordable way for them. I do not have much experience with drop off service as i was just doing this because I was not able to hang out at a laundromat for a couple hours, but I will be back to do my laundry until i get machines just off this one experience.
I went to Green Collar because my home dryer was having problems. I went around 5:30pm on 9/28 and was welcomed by Karen (I believe). She was the sweetest! I am not familiar with laundromats so I asked for assistance and she did not hesitate! She was very sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I am confused on the bad reviews because this place was so kind and clean! 10/10 recommend!
Here from FL visiting family and needed to do laundry so decided to come here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff from start to end. This will be my go to place when I'm in the area. Highly recommend
