Too many rules i plan to go somewhere else. Laundry nazis "no wash for you"

It's a bit expensive and not enough time on the washing machine for the $$$ pay for the wash. I wish the machines would at least have 25 mins.

:( I've been a longtime customer... Bathroom facilities are a requirement for me due to certain dissabilities... Now they've closed thier bathroom to me. :( Birdbath on Hanover St. in Manchester has the bathrooms and large sub sink I require. Looks like I have to start traveling now 8 Miles. :(

Irrelevant review at the time bathroom closed due to customers incorrectly using the facilities. Nothing to do with this gentleman.

I've been going to Green Collar for a couple of years now and I will not go to any other laundromat! All the attendants are always so nice and helpful. They are incredibly kind to every customer who comes into the building. Prices are the best I've found and I like the variety of sizes for machines.
My only complaint is the amount of dryers that are always out of order or don't have the medium heat working. But I do understand that these large machines are expensive to maintain and fix. If I could do 4.5 stars I totally would.

I've never used their other services but they seem busy with those services as well so I imagine the customer service and job is just as good!

Our dryer died and we had to go to a laundromat for the first time in…over 10 years! The person working (T) was SO helpful, came to explain the process/laundry cards/commercial machines and was SO nice and helped us. WE LOVE YOU GREEN COLLAR!
