New, clean, everything works, well lit and nice to have the gas station attached for snacks and restroom. Dryers work great and are efficient. Drawbacks are a $4.50 regular load, $6.50 and $8.50 large machine. $.25 per 5 minutes on regular setting for the dryer. There isn't any WiFi.
