This is one of very few 24 hour laundromats in Anchorage and the surrounding area. Every time I have been there (usually between 4pm and midnight, 0100), the facility is busy. However, once you determine which washers are being used and what is open, or coming open, it is not difficult to establish a rhythm which gets the job done. The other patrons are of the wide cultural variety that makes Alaska an interesting place to live. Most folks are, if not accepting, tolerant of each other no matter the hour of the day. The attendants do a good job of keeping the place clean, the trash emptied, and the coin machine filled and operational. Broken down washers and dryers are fixed relatively fast. The cost of going here vs a regular laundromat is higher, but, then, we pay for the convenience of 24/7.
Edit: The only thing to change since this entry is that the cleanliness of the laundry facility has not been a priority for the staff. This could be due to staff shortages and I continue to utilize their services once a month or so.

Would give 5 stars but I hade to take a pis in the parking lot. They would not let me use the bathroom inside.

Always come here when Im behind on family of 5 laundry, lots of washers, several sizes and dryers work great

It's a nice place to do your laundry and since its open 24hrs it's even better... the only thing I would say that's a bummer is all the loiterers hanging out ...
