This place has the best customer service that ive ever seen. This is memorial day and all the minor issues ive had have been attended to. I am very happy with the experience I had here.

This laundromat is clean clean clean. Their washers and driers are of high quality and haven't eaten a single quarter! Every machine is functional and the facility is staffed by kind employees. They do offer a laundry service but I didn't use it.

A little upset. I love coming here but by mistake I left an item and called immediately to let them know. She verified it was there and when I drove all the way back to get it they said someone must have taken it from the lost and found. Why not put the item aside for me?
Sorry to hear that you forgot your items. While an attendant did see them when she arrived, she was not able to secure them for you as she was in the middle of attending to our other customers. When she looked again and noticed they were gone, she assumed that you had come and taken the items in question. Please know that we are a self serve laundromat, and we cannot be the caretakers of our customers items. I understand you're a little upset. As you might expect, the 2-Star review doesn't make me happy either - especially since you love coming here.
It's 2024- why is there no card readers or app based payment system set in place?
I noticed the fee based ATM machine. I suppose make more money off the ATM as well.
Machines look nice however I hardly ever carry cash and prefer to use my card.

If the fee is a determining factor, you may consider stepping over to Kwik Trip next door for their fee free ATM. Was there anything else that did not meet your expectations since you gave us a 2-Star? As a small locally owned business, we rely on positive reviews to maintain our business.
This Laundromat is amazing! They have great attendants who keep it clean and running smoothly throughout the day. It is so nice to have a place where you can wash multiple loads at one time at an affordable price.

First off, I pressed 3 for extra time and it picked delicate knots and I paid $10 for it to not be washed properly. Twice I've came her the machine didn't take all the money right away and I had to bang on it with my hand and it wasn't very pleasant.

This is one of the cleanest laundry mats I have been to. Machines are fast and work well! My washer is broken and I don't mind having to go to the laundry mat!

Great laundromat! My clothes came out cleaner and brighter. Different size washing machines to fit any need. Good dryers too! Basic vending machine with a beverage machine too.
