I like it because it's never crowded and I get to dry my clothes for free it's clean and quiet.

I had a poor experience here. My clothes came out of the washing machine SOAKING WET. Then I asked for help from the man working there. I shared with him that my clothes were especially wet and they seemed more wet than a usual load should be.

Which meant I would need to pay more to have them dried.

I asked him what he could do to help and or if that was usual. He blamed it on me having a towel in the wash.

I had just done a the same load at a different laundry mat a week prior.

With the "towel" and all.

My clothes did not come out that wet at the other laundry mat.

My issue was not solved and the man "working" proclaimed he "wasn't a tech"
While seeming disgruntled about me even bringing it to his attention.

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. I need to be compensated for the extra time and money I had to spend, due to negligence.

I use a washer. The biggest one in it did not work. I showed the stuff during the cycle, it wasn't working he called management, and he declined my refund
