THE DRYERS ARE NO LONGER FREE. What really makes me angry is that there are no signs saying such. They just took down all the signs saying free dryers, and that's the only indication they are no longer free. The washing machines are still really expensive compared to other places, and had another customer not told us about the dryers before we used the washing machine, we would have been stuck paying a ridiculous amount for laundry. All the attendant would say is that gas prices went up. That's understandable, but don't be shady by not telling your customers. Also, maybe think about making your washing machines more reasonably priced as they don't use gas.

With the construction around the area, the place always being only moderately clean, the staff only moderately friendly, the washers being really expensive, the only thing this place had going for it was the free dryers. It's no longer worth the hassle. We will not be going back.

I'm very disappointed that you guys have started charging for drying that was the only reason I was coming here.

Sunday March 3, 2023 at approximately is
4:17pm I went to wash clothes. I've been here before, everything went smooth, so I was comfortable coming here a second time. When I got my clothes home I found out that all of them was damaged. I saw red, blue, green, purple, pink and brown crayon on all my clothes!! I was so up set! My clothes damaged beyond repair in my opinion. It was something in the washer or dryer that damaged my clothes. I called as soon as I could! Run the footage back! I called Monday, March 4 at approximately 4pm and was told "there is nothing we can do" I asked to speak to the owner, they said I would have to call back or leave my name and number, so I left my name and number. No one ever called so I called back Tuesday March 7th twice, in the am I was told I need the manager, and he wouldn't be there to 7pm, so I waited. I called back at 7 pm Tuesday March 7th, all to find out the owner is only there on Monday mornings🧐 now I have to wait untill the next Monday which is March 13 2023. I think this is unprofessional to say the least. For me, I feel like something's are irreplaceable, well now it's damaged. I expect transparency.

This place is always clean, and the attendant is friendly. It used to be a bit more pricey to wash, but free to dry. The dryers didn't work very well but again... were FREE so whatever. The free dry is no longer free, but the washers are still extra pricey. The dryers still don't work well. There is no air conditioning, just large fans which are insufficient. Again, it used to be a tolerable side effect of the free dryers... but now they are not free, and it is still intolerably hot. The bathrooms are also out of order or inaccessible.

Hello, I’m visiting the area and I walked in at 9:50 pm. I wasn’t greeted, but I was immediately told that the doors lock at 10:45 pm by a middle aged brown lady. I guess that’s understandable, but maybe you should change your hours to 10:45 pm on google. I promptly asked the lady how long does a wash cycle take. And she replied “I lock the doors at 10:45.”

I came back in and found the prices to be a bit ridiculous. And who still uses coins for laundry? There is also a sign that says “Out At 11pm”. This really isn’t a welcoming environment.

But then after loading 3 loads of clothes I wanted to pee. But then she informed me that the bathroom was clean and locked. So now I can’t use the restroom.

I will take my clothes elsewhere to dry and I will never visit your establishment again.

Good day!

Jeffie

Response from the owner

Jeffie, thanks for your feedback and we will discuss this with our staff. Last Wash is 10 p.m. (it takes roughly 30 minutes for a cycle) and then our customers and employees are to be out the door by 11 p.m.
