Bright lights. Clean machines. Clean business. Had to wait for my ride, attendant let me wait inside. They don’t have an ATM so bring ur money

The laundry it's is great. AC, free dryers. But getting hassled everything by the same guy, begging for money is not good. The attendant dies nothing.

Coin Machine took $15 from me. When I asked for my money back they needed to review their cameras. No problem, but they tell me that I didn’t put any money in the machine. Even with their bill changer machine saying there is a jam in it and everything on camera. This place is a SCAM!! $15 might not be a lot to some, but in today’s economy it’s everything to most people. I work hard for my money and as someone with children I need every single dime I work for. I don’t suggest anyone come here unless you want l your money to be taken when their machines malfunction. They also have signs posted that you can dry for free and you have to pay to dry your clothes. Any company who needs to lie and steal your money isn’t worth anyone’s time. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I’ll never come back to this laundry mat.

I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with our coin machine and the confusion about your refund. I understand how important every dollar is, especially when you're working hard to provide for your family.
I want to make this right. It appears there may have been some miscommunication about the details of your transaction. To ensure I review the correct footage, could you please email me at office@snmlaundry.com with:
-Which specific machine you used
-Any other details that might help me locate the right incident (like clothes you were wearing, hair/hat worn, etc.)
I will personally review the cameras again with this information. If our machine malfunctioned and took your money, we absolutely will issue a full refund - that's our standard policy when equipment fails.
Regarding the drying signs, I'd also like to resolve this issue. I don't believe there's any sign anywhere that says this information. If I'm mistaken please give me details so we aren't misleading.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I hope you'll give me the opportunity to resolve this properly.

The African American male that works there at night is rude as hell. And you can't load a washer after 10. Just so people don't run into this problem and deal with this rude male

There website says that there dryers are free but when me and my husband went there today we found out there not and there dryers don't dry the clothes very well at all I will not go back here again
