This place used to be awesome for doing laundry. The dryers were FREE. now the washers don’t spin clothes enough and I pull out DRIPPING clothes. All so we can spend more money on the dryers, that also don’t dry properly. I’m one person and I do a load of laundry every week, it shouldn’t take 40 mins PER dryer (2 dollars) to dry these clothes. This place is trash

I had left my big black trash bag full of both dirty and clean clothes inside and on top of one of the tables used for folding clean clothes. When I returned after I was able to get cash needed to start my laundry, I discovered both my backpack full of my personal hygiene items and my brand new set of wireless Wahl clippers, along with EVERY SINGLE ITEM OF CLOTHING I OWN, all of my stuff was gone. I’m homeless and broke, please help me get my stuff back if you know anything at all please reach out to me.

REASON FOR ONE STAR: isn’t because my stuff was stolen. Reason for 1 STAR is because Terrancey, the day shift worker at MSL. I went back by there this morning. I informed Terrancey about what happened, before I was even done talking, he had his arm held up pointing behind him at the signs on the wall that said, “We are not responsible for your property.” I said, that’s not what I’m suggesting, because I understand that, but can you go back and look at the video and see if maybe you or I recognize the thieves. He told me no, he wouldn’t do that. I asked what was the point of having cameras then? He then tells me I need to leave because he’s calling the cops on me. So, I left. Thanks a lot, MAIN ST. LAUNDRY.

Used to be a good place to wash your clothes until they started charging to dy your clothes the free dry is why I went there in the first place now I think I'll find somewhere else to do my laundry

I love their drop off service, it’s reasonably priced even if you include bedding! I’m a repeat customer and my clothes are always in good condition when returned to me. Love it!

Machine wouldn't give change for a ten or above as advertised on it and the assistant there was not helpful at all.

It's hot and the dryers use to be free while washers are high now we have to pay for dryers that eat quarters and they don't dry good at all one thing is they do keep it clean.
