I used to go here all the time, as it was the best place in town. But not anymore. Almost all the machines do not work. The ones claimed to be up and running, is a lie, while others have out of order signs. I've used multiple washers and none of the clothes came out cleaned. They weren't even wet after the wash was over. I am talking, bone dry, no washer is that good in removing water! Attendants kept claiming the washers were "efficient" and used less water, but the clothes did not look or smell clean like they did when this location first opened. The same washers always cleaned my clothes years ago... not anymore! I kept bringing it up and I was ignored. After five times of using different washers, even the older ones, not washing, and some loads, the clothes made me super itchy, I called it quits. Its obvious the machines need repaired/replaced/cleaned and a lot of corners have been cut, which results in a dirty wash. I noticed other reviews had the same experience as me, so I know I'm not crazy. Many places around KC seem to has this epidemic of having subpar washing. It has pushed me to finally just save up and buy my own.

This is a great laundromat and it's kid friendly! My 3 year old and I really enjoyed the kids play corner! I liked that I could pay with a card!
