This USED to be my favorite laundromat. The people who work here are so nice, however the machines are HORRIBLE. MOST of the dryers are NOT WORKING, and several of the washing machines leave my clothes SOAKED, as the rinse cycles don’t work. Annnnnnnd there are no signs on the washers to warn you. This place is GOING DOWNHILL.

The coin machine took my money and the attendant was not able to help me. She had to call the owner which had to take my name and number to "review" the tapes. The employee said it was going to take 48 hours. Use coins at your own risk.

I’m sorry you’re not happy about this Tara- but as the signs say- video reviews are required and can take up to 48hrs. We have had too many incidents where people weren’t being truthful and we have to protect our business. Sorry for the inconvenience.
