Great place to wash clothes. The staff is very friendly. they are a immigrant family and they embody the American dream better than anyone I've seen. The facilities are clean and all of the washers and dryers work and have servicing contracts. so this isn't the type of place where things break and don't get fixed. I don't come here a lot but when I do I'm always happy to be around. The ambience is good..

Doing laundry here is a Zen experience. The Midtown machines are clean, functioning, and affordable; the entire space is spotless and quiet; the staff is helpful and friendly. There is plenty of room and seating. Our dryer is broken, and I almost don't want to fix it just so I can come back to Midtown Laundry every week or so. It's a wonderful place.

I’ve been taking my dry cleaning here for years. The owners are always super friendly and they do a great job. They just made a huge investment in all new washers and dryers on the coin op side too. Looks amazing!

Was visiting Atlanta and needed to do laundry. Was a bit concerned to find a safe, clean place. This is it!!! Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, and it didn’t break the bank! Machines are well maintained. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and accommodating! A great experience to a dreaded task! Thank you!!

Been going here for a year. The last few times the clothes have come back with red pet hair, lint and dirt/debris. They also lost a designer sock through wash and fold. Their response was to find somewhere else if we're not happy with their process. Accountability nonexistent. If you want a dry cleaner that gives your clothes back with lint, missing items or covered in pet hair (side note here is we have no pets) then this is the place for you. Im giving 1 star because as a laundromat I haven't had any issues but as a dry cleaner or wash and fold I've had enough. Especially after basically being told off when bringing to their attention the decline in the quality of service. A year ago my clothes always came back with no problems so I'm not sure what has happened but it's definitely gone downhill.

Great Family run local business. Clean, friendly, and budget friendly. They renovated in mid 2019 and it was such a wonderful update. They have a variety of washer sizes and two dryer sizes. In addition to self service,they also offer a drop off service. Really a stupendous laundromat!
