The place looked great but the service and price was terrible. Especially the employee that was working there was very rude and kept talking loud on her phone the whole time when customers needed her.

Came here due to the great reviews. We had some clothes we needed cleaned. Upon arrival we were met with very rude customer service. It was very clear they did not want our business, we chose to leave our clothes with them any way.

I called to check in because I was near the facility and again received a very rude response that my clothes were ready. They weren’t. All my delicates were still wet. My heavy sweaters were put on hangers leaving obvious indentions in the shoulders that I haven’t been able to get rid of.

My pure white sweater is now pink, along with a button up, and a pair of light wash distressed jeans. That’s over $300 of clothing that was ruined.

My socks were just thrown in the bottom of the basket no effort to put them together was made. Extremely disappointed with every step of the process I had with this company.

Came here with over 100lbs of laundry and used 3 giant machines to get them all washed quickly. Haven't dried them yet but so far excellent service, the woman who greeted and helped me was fantastic. If I could rate higher I would. Thank you midtown cleaners!

I do senior laundry here. Very clean and the dryers don't take long. You can use quarters or an app. Super convenient! All sized washers and there's never a long wait for a washer or dryer.

Old and rusty place. This is my first time after a while to visit a laundromat and I have seen better ones with same pricing. I am happy with the customer service- went extra mile to help me (5 star for that).

Update: 06/18/2023 - I still have the same opinion and feel the same way about this location! The only thing that I am disappointed with and this isn't the owners fault, but someone made off with my Black Golf Pullover that was given to me by my old Golf Course Superintendent! It has a Pelican on the left chest area and it says Pelican on one of the upper sleeves. The lettering is done in white stitching and is Nike Brand. The fleece is a half zipper type pullover. Woukd love to have that back if anyone may have seen it or somehow ended up in their basket by chance. Thanks.

Great location and they always keep it very clean! If you need a laundromat in this area, this is the one I recommend!

The place is managed very well—clean and safe. Staff are always accommodating, accessible and respectful. Machines are superb and don’t break your wallet. There’s plenty of room as well.

Convenient and affordable laundromat and cleaners. Cash only. Usually requires about $5.00 for an average-sized wash ($4 quad-loader and $1 dryer). Staff will give change for large bills at register. Could be a bit cleaner however and its sometimes closed for filming. Would be nice if they had card readers.

Friendly staff that pay attention to detail.
The laundromat has great machines with various sizes. You can bring the comforters and blankets.

Really helpful staff. Washers and dryers are updated, and really efficient. lots to use. Also can pay by app. First time in ATL and definitely gonna remember to go this place next trip
