My original review was: Great customer service affordable prices free dryers, but unfortunately I have to change my rating to 1 star and warn anyone who’s about to waste their money here DONT GO. The first time I went I washed a dog bed so my review was not based on washing clothing. After going back a second time, and using their washers (most of which smell horrendous) I found the only one in the building that smelled fresh. I used it, and look at how it stained my clothes. These clothes were in pristine condition before running them through North Brighton’s laundry. I contacted customer service about it and they said they cannot be held responsible, as they can’t keep up with keeping the washers clean. Bad business to leave someone’s belongings more dirty than they were when they came in, Jackson. People trust your washers to be clean.

We lost $20 feeding machines that would not work. It was clean and they did have some new machines but we needed the larger ones for bedding.

I had an overall great experience although I, for the life of me, could not seem to find any information about the speed queen location pin for this laundromat. The speed queen website told me to look for a poster that usually are hung in facilities that use their washers and dryers but I couldn’t find one. I was still able to do my laundry but I had to take 2 trips to dollar tree right next door to get cash back so I could do so.
