My original review was: Great customer service affordable prices free dryers, but unfortunately I have to change my rating to 1 star and warn anyone who’s about to waste their money here DONT GO. The first time I went I washed a dog bed so my review was not based on washing clothing. After going back a second time, and using their washers (most of which smell horrendous) I found the only one in the building that smelled fresh. I used it, and look at how it stained my clothes. These clothes were in pristine condition before running them through North Brighton’s laundry. I contacted customer service about it and they said they cannot be held responsible, as they can’t keep up with keeping the washers clean. Bad business to leave someone’s belongings more dirty than they were when they came in, Jackson. People trust your washers to be clean.

I like this place, it has new dryers and its nice inside and if you go at the right time there's not many people there so its quiet.

I've been there twice and each time my clothes stunk afterwards, even with softener and dryer sheets.
** In response to your comeback on my review, why would you blatantly lie? I never spoke to any of the three people doing their laundry while I was there, let alone complain. I was there last week and you do not know me. You take criticism very poorly.Which explains the way you run this business.
