This place is a complete dump. It's dirty, the machines are in terrible condition and don't accept quarters properly and the staff is beyond rude. I put the laundry in, put the detergent in, go to put the quarters in and the machine won't accept them. The rude staff comes over and tells me it's not broken and I'm putting the quarters in wrong, I'm apparently not putting them in with enough force she says. She then stabs the coin slot with a butter knife a few times and tries to put quarters in while eyeing me like she's about to flex. She can't get quarters to drop either, stabs it again, starts mumbling about there must be quarters stuck in there. There were not and it's actually broken. She tells me I gotta take everything out and switch machines. I tell her I already put both the prewash and main wash detergent in so what about that (mind you they sell detergent here and have huge containers on hand for their wash/fold service) she basically tells me to pound sand and it's not her problem. I won't be coming here anymore. I STRONGLY advise all locals to stop coming here so either they are forced to make changes or they go out of business. This place use to be a nice, affordable, convenient small business that I was happy to support. From now on I'll drive give blocks down to the Laundromax. I wish I could give them zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
