Went to R&S for the first time to wash our two dog beds. I understand dog beds have hair on them and I shook both beds out prior to going in. I was immediately approached by who I would assume is an owner and was told I could not wash the dog beds there. He was extremely rude and picked up one of the beds and put it outside. I was appalled at the customer service or lack thereof and would have appreciated more respect.

You're notified by a sign in the bathroom to not flush soiled toilet paper -- instead, to place it in a wastebasket! Isn't that a serious health hazard?! Find a laundromat with flush toilets!

Went in early on a Sunday. There was an attendant there, the place was clean and I was able to wash and dry a load in an hour with their equipment. Drinks and snacks for sale if you want them. I'd go back no problem.
