Every things is just fine
This is an awesome laundry. Cat vacuums outside. Attendant on duty.!!! They have a washer called "The Monster" That's big enough to wash a compact car in it. Really clean. They even have high speed extraction washers. It's pretty cost effective as well. Thanks to whoever owns this laundry. Keep up a good work.
You have to put money into a machine and put it on a car and it's a card would never work for me. They always had to come over and get the machine to work. No I will not be going back
I like to come here once in a while but after this last time, I wont be coming back. An elderly lady was doing her laundry and accidentally dropped her keys inside a crevice on the large super washer machine. While the attendant tried to help, she could not get her manager to offer any solutions. This lady had no one to help as she is her husbands caretaker. They could not get a qualified technician to come out because the machines are too ‘complicated’ to take apart, even though only the front panel needed removed. The lady couldn’t even get into her car to get her purse. While I understand that this is the lady’s own fault, the owner should have been contacted and a better effort should have been made to help her. This is not how you treat the elderly in Kansas City and this is not the way to do business.
In response to your perception of this incident, please be reminded that it was late in the evening when this incident occurred, which was unfortunate. The manager and the attendant on duty attempted to assist the customer in retrieving her keys. Unfortunately, they could not be reached with a hanger and the front panel of the machine needed to be removed. These machines require a technician with the correct metric tools to remove the front panels. Ultimately, the customer was able to get a relative to bring her a set of keys. Her keys were then retrieved on Monday by a technician. We felt we did everything we could at the time to retrieve her keys, but in an effort to end this incident on a more positive note, we gave her a free wash in a 100lb machine, a value of approximately $13. I believe she felt we had responded to the situation to the best of our ability given the time and resources at hand.
The place has plenty of washers and dryers, it's nice and the services are automated, very good laundry
